Registered General Manager
Full-time, permanent, located across sites in London & Surrey
As the Registered General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest degree of quality care to patients in accordance with private rehabilitation standards ensuring CQC, CHKS, and accreditation standards are met and exceeded.
With responsibility for the overall development and operations of the Ascot Rehab hospital, collaborating with all disciplines involved with the delivery of rehabilitation services to ensure the values and ethos of the company are protected and maintained.
To be responsible for the implementation of the organisations strategic development; assisting the chief executive with the development of projects and services to deliver Ascot Rehabilitation Ltd.’s (ARL) objectives; and achieve associated income and generation to ensure the financial security of the organization.

Head of Rehabilitation / Therapies
Full-time, permanent, located across sites in London & Surrey

Physiotherapist or Senior Physiotherapist (Neuro & Rehabilitation)
Part-time/Full-time, permanent, located across sites in London & Surrey
You will provide a comprehensive specialist physiotherapy service to Ascot Rehab for patients requiring neuro-rehabilitation and general rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Senior Occupational Therapist
Full-time, permanent, located across sites in London & Surrey
You will be an active member of the multiciliary team, providing a comprehensive therapy service to Ascot Rehab. Working within professional standards and clinical guidelines, promote best practice and to undertake all aspects of clinical duties as autonomous practitioner assessing and treating own caseload of patients/clients and maintaining professional; documentation.
You will build up and maintain key relationships with referring embassies, GPs, acute providers. Insurance companies, case managers to ensure appropriate referrals and understanding of the role of the occupational therapy and multi-professional team. With responsibility for supervision of rehabilitation assistants and occupational therapy students and junior staff.
In this role support self and service development through active participation in continuing professional development CPD and by participating in any audit or research being undertaken by the service

Clinical & Neuropsychologist
Full-time, permanent, located across sites in London & Surrey
You will provide highly specialized clinical neuropsychological service to adults with neurological, neurosurgical or related psychological conditions and to their families and carers. This service includes assessment, intervention, consultation, undertaking research and audit, supervision and training. With responsibility to work autonomously as an independent practitioner within defined aims and professional guidelines, fully accountable for professional actions.

Registered Staff Nurses – openings from September 2023
Located across sites in London & Surrey
Staff nurses ensure the wellbeing of patients and service within the hospital, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met, whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities. You will act in accordance with the NMC professional standards of practice and behaviour for nurses and midwives. Setting and maintaining the highest standard of care in the clinical area.
Staff nurses act in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organisation. With responsibility for supervising junior staff within the hospital. You will ensure that high quality care is delivered to the person and to work as part of a cohesive transdisciplinary team promoting rehabilitation 24/7.
The expectations within this job description will be achieved through hands on clinical practice, education and training. Ascot Rehabilitation will support you with the revalidation process and facilitate access to individuals who are able to undertake confirmation and reflective discussion roles. These may or will form part of clinical supervisions where reflective practice, professional development and feedback form part of the ongoing support for NMC registrants.’
