Head Chef

Location: Streatham, London

Are you a qualified Head Chef looking for an opportunity to make what you do matter?

Working as a Head Chef at Ascot Rehab, you will have the chance to deliver hotel/restaurant standards to our patients and staff. Chefs have autonomy in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus whilst liaising with patients and where required with dietitians to tailor menus. Hospitality Assistant

Location: Streatham, London

The Hospitality Assistant plays an essential role ensuring patients are provided with the highest level of food, beverage and laundry service whilst visiting our rehabilitation centre.  We are looking for compassionate, friendly and helpful Hospitality Assistant who are happy to work in a fast paced, busy environment. Previous experience of working in Hospitality in a hospital environment is highly desirable.

Physiotherapist or Senior Physiotherapist (Neuro & Rehabilitation)

Location: Streatham, London

You will provide a comprehensive specialist physiotherapy service to Ascot Rehab for patients requiring neuro-rehabilitation and general rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Senior Occupational Therapist

Location: Streatham, London

You will be an active member of the multiciliary team, providing a comprehensive therapy service to Ascot Rehab. Working within professional standards and clinical guidelines, promote best practice and to undertake all aspects of clinical duties as autonomous practitioner assessing and treating own caseload of patients/clients and maintaining professional; documentation.

You will build up and maintain key relationships with referring embassies, GPs, acute providers. Insurance companies, case managers to ensure appropriate referrals and understanding of the role of the occupational therapy and multi-professional team. With responsibility for supervision of rehabilitation assistants and occupational therapy students and junior staff.

In this role support self and service development through active participation in continuing professional development CPD and by participating in any audit or research being undertaken by the service

Registered Staff Nurses – openings from September 2023

Location: Streatham, London

Staff nurses ensure the wellbeing of patients and service within the hospital, ensuring that their physical, emotional and social needs are met, whilst helping them to achieve their full capabilities. You will act in accordance with the NMC professional standards of practice and behaviour for nurses and midwives. Setting and maintaining the highest standard of care in the clinical area.

Staff nurses act in accordance with the policies and procedures of the organisation. With responsibility for supervising junior staff within the hospital. You will ensure that high quality care is delivered to the person and to work as part of a cohesive transdisciplinary team promoting rehabilitation 24/7.

The expectations within this job description will be achieved through hands on clinical practice, education and training. Ascot Rehabilitation will support you with the revalidation process and facilitate access to individuals who are able to undertake confirmation and reflective discussion roles. These may or will form part of clinical supervisions where reflective practice, professional development and feedback form part of the ongoing support for NMC registrants.’
