For the last 20 years, Maha has been specialising in business development, in a variety of sectors. Maha is fluent in Arabic and English.

Diploma in Occupational Therapy MSC Management and Business Papers – Registered Clinical Manager and Head of Rehabilitation Louise has over 25 years’ experience working in health care in the public and private sectors. She originally trained as an Occupational Therapist in New Zealand and still practices today. She spent over 15 years working in the USA and United Kingdom, the last ten years specialising in rehabilitation care. Louise’s role at Ascot Rehabilitation neurorehabilitation centre is pivotal to the business. Her expectations of quality and care ensure that we provide our patients with the best opportunity to reach their potential. Louise maintains an ‘open door’ policy and encourages patients and relatives to talk to her any time about queries, worries, concerns and feedback they might have.
Reem Hamdi BA MADeputy and Hospitality Manager
Reem Hamdi
BA MA – Deputy and Hospitality Manager Reem is based at our Bagshot site, and is a valuable source of support for Louise. Reem’s experience includes nine years working in the Private Health sector in the UK, she speaks Arabic and is the point of contact for patients and their families once they arrive at the centre regarding all of their medical and non-medical needs.
Jamie Leitch Non Clinical Manager
Jamie Leitch
Non Clinical Manager Jamie joined Ascot Rehab in January 2020 as the Non Clinical Manager. His role oversees processes, process improvement, auditing, risk, policies and supporting the General Manager.
He has 16 years of experience in Private Health Insurance with AXA-PPP Healthcare. During his time with AXA-PP Healthcare, he started in Customer Service and developed into a trainer. More recently, he has managed 3 teams overseeing all consultant and practitioner clinic recognition and contracting, working closely with other insurers for coding and all the regulatory & professional bodies.
Jamie enjoys working with processes, both reviewing and creating, all things operations related, business development and problem solving.James McAllister Administration Officer
James McAllister
Administration Officer James joined from a UKAT Addiction Centre and had a long career in both Magazine and Book Publishing. He brings a wealth of experience in systems procedures with over 20 years in administration behind him. His Hobbies include travel, football, playing golf and spending time with his family.

Administration Officer Lorna has a degree in BSc Psychology from a University of London, involving working on international research projects with Psychologists, report writing, data analysis and statistics. Lorna has used her degree experience in administration and marketing roles. Lorna is the main point of contact for Ascot Rehab Head Office; undertaking a variety of administrative duties including planning internal processes, training, statistics and general support to the business in an admin and marketing capacity. Working closely alongside the International Business Director and our Human Resources Manager, Lorna assists in projects to develop the business.

Yahya Bakr Account Officer
Yahya Bakr
Finance Assistant Yahya has a BSc. in Accounting & Associate of the International Association of Book-Keepers (IAB).
He has over 17 years professional experience in accountancy and worked as accountant in Middle East for well esteemed organisations, such as the Iraqi State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO)/ Ministry Of Oil, Jordan Ahli Bank. He also worked as an Accountant assistant in the UK for an independent Certified Accountant practice before joining Ascot Rehabilitation in October 2017.
His role at Ascot Rehab is to support the accounting team for all accounts, invoicing and finance queries. He is committed to producing the highest standard of work.
Yahya is fluent in English and Arabic.
