Louise TurpinDiploma in Occupational Therapy MSC Management and Business Papers – Registered Clinical Manager and Head of Rehabilitation Louise has over 25 years’ experience working in health care in the public and private sectors. She originally trained as an Occupational Therapist in New Zealand and still practices today. She spent over 15 years working in the USA and United Kingdom, the last ten years specialising in rehabilitation care. Louise’s role at Ascot Rehabilitation neurorehabilitation centre is pivotal to the business. Her expectations of quality and care ensure that we provide our patients with the best opportunity to reach their potential. Louise maintains an ‘open door’ policy and encourages patients and relatives to talk to her any time about queries, worries, concerns and feedback they might have.

Maha AliInternational Business Director Maha is the first point of contact for all international patient enquiries and business development within the UK and overseas. She has developed strong relationships within the international patient sector. Maha is the main point of contact to liaise with embassies, organisations and various health offices. For the last 20 years, Maha has been specialising in business development, in a variety of sectors. Maha is fluent in Arabic and English.
- BA MA Deputy and Hospitality Manager
Reem HamdiBA MA – Deputy and Hospitality Manager Reem is based at Bagshot Centre, and is a valuable support for Louise. Reem’s experience includes five years working in the Private Health sector in the UK, she speaks Arabic and is the point of contact for patients and their families once they arrive at the Centre regarding all their Medical and non-medical needs.
- Human Resource’s Manager
Marydelia MitchellHuman Resource’s Manager Marydelia joined Ascot Rehab in 2016 and is the lead for all HR related queries and recruitment. She has a strong background in healthcare and has experience in both the public and private sectors. Marydelia started her career in management in the NHS before joining Ascot Rehabilitation and has gathered robust experience in the healthcare and HR world. She is now the lead HR Associate for Ascot Rehab and its two sister companies whilst supporting in international management projects.
- Deputy Manager
Yasir MahdiDeputy Manager Yasir finished studying Politics at the University of Westminster before being appointed a Graduate Manager at Asda where he worked for 5 years in Operations, HR and Finance. He is currently studying part-time for a BA in Philosophy and Psychology which he hopes to complete by summer 2018. In his spare time Yasir works as a volunteer for charities that help fight social injustice, from homelessness to drug abuse and education inequality. He has also raised thousands of pounds for charities over the years as a fundraiser. His role at Ascot Rehab is to support the management in the effective delivery of service and liaise with patients to ensure their continued satisfaction.

Yahya BakrFinance Assistant Yahya has a BSc. in Accounting & Associate of the International Association of Book-Keepers (IAB). He has professional experience in accountancy over 17 years and worked as accountant in Middle East for well known companies included Iraqi State Oil Marketing Organization (SOMO)/ Ministry Of Oil, Jordan Ahli Bank. He also worked as Accountant assistant in the UK for an independent Certified Accountant practice before joining Ascot Rehabilitation in October 2017. His role at Ascot Rehab is to support the accounting team for all accounts, invoicing and Finance queries. He is committed to producing the highest standard of work. Yahya speaks English and Arabic.
- CertHE. Social Sciences – Administration Officer
Robyn BennettCertHE. Social Sciences – Administration Officer Robyn is the main point of contact for Ascot Rehab at Head Office; she liaises regularly with members of staff whilst dealing with new patient enquiries and undertaking a variety of administrative duties including booking appointments, processing orders and data analysis; whilst also helping in the designing of marketing and administrative materials. Working closely alongside the International Business Director, Robyn also provides assistance with International Management Projects and organising Ascot Rehab’s attendance at exhibitions both nationally and internationally.

Confident, tenacious with a proven track record for first class account handling and client satisfaction. A broad knowledge of a wide range of financial practices, budget handling and forecasting. An excellent communicator with a can-do approach to problem solving and resolution. Extremely meticulous with an eye for detail and positive outlook in often complex financial landscapes.

Patient’s Transport driverTransport Shuttle driver who is able to stay with a schedule and handle problem patients and relatives. Adept at avoiding accident, answering passengers questions, reliable and energetic professional. Mohammed is punctual and reliable driver with a great creativity. He is good at following directions with strong communication and time skills which are essential for being part of the transport team.
- Hospitality Assistant
Kimberley Keith de JesusHospitality Assistant Kimberly Keith de Jesus graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Guidance and Counselling from Saint Mary’s University, Philippines in 2015. She moved to the UK in 2016 and work alongside the Hospitality team at Ascot Rehab to ensure that the patients’ stay is as comfortable as possible. My educational background mainly focuses on people skills which helps me accomplish client-related tasks. I aim to learn more on how to interact effectively with people to cater to their needs.
